Citizens Advice Northumberland - Emergency Fuel Vouchers

We are currently able to provide assistance to individuals/families in need of emergency fuel vouchers. They must be in fuel crisis (likely to be without supply within the next 48-72 hours), use pre-payment meters, have no means to top-up their supply, have exhausted all of means available (from their own supplier, benefit advances etc.) and have not already received a voucher in the past 12 months. Please provide brief description of circumstances to support referral (eg. how have they come to need support, what assistance is required, energy advice needed?)

We only accept referrals for emergency fuel vouchers from service partners, not the general public directly (provision of fuel vouchers is not to be promoted publicly in order to reduce instances of non-genuine claims).
