Blyth Anxious Minds

Blyth Anxious Minds is for the benefit of local people – including Veterans. We provide a service where they can access Counselling, information and advice. Please contact by telephone or email, leaving your contact number, and a counsellor will call to arrange an assessment.

Counselling is available to anybody who self-refers into the service. All that is required is your name and contact number and a counsellor will call to arrange an assessment. We offer counselling by telephone, Zoom and also face to face at our centre in Blyth. The cost per session is £30. We sometimes have funding available to offer free sessions. Please note this is discussed a the time of booking and is not guaranteed. Our service is currently free to veterans.

How are services delivered?
