We have social groups running in Amble, Ashington, Blyth, Bedlington, Cramlington, Corbridge, Haltwistle, Morpeth, Ponteland, Seaton Delaval and Woodhorn. Join our friendly groups for a cuppa, activities and friendship!

Activities include: Board games; arts and crafts; visits from local groups; information and advice; hot beverages with cakes and biscuits.
