Northumberland Recovery College

The College is co-ordinated by Everyturn Mental Health, and provides group support and activities that promote wellbeing and good mental health. We run a range of group workshops, courses and sessions across Northumberland which are all completely FREE and open to any adult living, working or with a GP Surgery in Northumberland. We do not provide any one to one support.

We don’t provide therapy or clinical interventions but can provide group support and activities to help you stay mentally healthy.

Our sessions are run by a wide range of people. Some have been designed and are run by people with experience of mental health conditions and professionals who work with them, some are run in partnership with groups, organisations, or individuals working in the community and some are offered by volunteers who want to share their passion for a hobby or interest with others.
