Citizens Advice Northumberland - Telephone/Digital team
This service is for anyone working at Northumberland County Council to enable referrals to be made for clients who have had an unsuccessful application to the CRF/ EHP/HSP.
We can look at budgeting, increasing income as well as suggestions to reduce expenditure and can refer to other services within the organisation to aid with debts/ money advice, welfare benefits and energy advice.
