Hexham Customer Information Centre
The Customer Services Team at Northumberland Council will help people with enquiries about services within the council and outside organisations. They deal with queries regarding bus passes, blue badges, benefits, council tax, bin collections, housing and homlessness, licensing, roads, registrars, planning, building control and any other support needed.
