Our mission is to help those with different learning abilities realise their full potential as individuals by providing craft, design and general art training. Students attend structured courses, designed to develop individual artistic skills and promote self-confidence and self-worth. By teaching valuable and worthwhile skills to each student individually, we raise self-esteem and confidence in personal ability. Minerva not only supports an educational need, it also promotes equality within the community. We promote skills development in numeracy, literacy and creativity through textile related activities.
