Adapt (NE) Community Hub
The Adapt Community Hub is a warm and friendly space for everyone. It’s a place to meet with others, to socialise and combat loneliness, or, simply to sit and enjoy a moment of quiet. The hub always has refreshments available. We don't charge for these but donations are welcome. We offer a signposting and information service, helping direct you to the services and support you need, and there's programme of sessions and activities.

We have plenty of free parking and bike racks, dogs are welcome, and the space is fully accessible.
The hub houses a Changing Places facility, available to use during opening times.
