Movement for Wellbeing - Parent and Baby
A safe space for connecting with yourself and others through movement. This dance class is for parents, grandparents and caregivers and their little ones. The session uses simple and fun choreography with time afterwards for socialising with refreshments. There is a cost for this service.

Who can use this service?
Parents, grandparents and caregivers with babies and young children.
£8 pay as you go or £7 if paying in a termly block - per adult. All babies and young children are free.
